We have a short list of projects/students that have been accepted. We need to make this public and ensure two mentors are available (yes I know the development list will be used), and check that each student has been contacted.

Landon recently asked all students to sign up to the osgeo SoC list, and mentioned that mentors will of sent an acceptence letter out by now.
