A convenience tools for putting all JAR in a single location (the "target"
directory) at a time the mavan-assembly plugin was not working as I expected.
Should now be removed in favor of maven-assembly.
Will remove "jar collector" from pom.xml soon, test with Maven 2.0.6 at let you
know.
