Okay I am back to simple-jndi after looking at using the default java 
filesystem JNDI implementation (problem is it is only a default when you 
suck up some java ee jars as a dependency). At least all this stuff is 
only needed for testing.

I found the following bug report (actually a documentation change 
request) to be very useful:
- http://issues.osjava.org/jira/browse/SJN-75

We may consider doing similar things for documentation change requests 
given the state of our wiki.
