Kind of. They are inferred from implemented interfaces:
crs : provides CRSAuthorityFactory services.
cs : provides CSAuthorityFactory services.
datum : provides DatumAuthorityFactory services
operation : provides CoordinateOperationAuthorityFactory services
buffered : is a BufferedAuthorityFactory or a subclass of.
