Hi Saul,

I agree that the current feature collection model is a bit confusing.
But you seem to have it right. getFeatureType() is the type of the
feature collection itself, because a FeatureCollection is an extension
of Feature. And getSchema() is the feature type of the "members" of the
feature collection.

Currently most of our implementations dont really utilize the fact that
feature collections are features and can have attributes themselves. But
an example would be say a wfs feature collection, which if modeled would
have a "bounds" property, a "featureMembers" property, etc...
