So I went to xircles.codehaus.org, logged in, changed my password, and applied 
to become a GeoTools project developer.

Got back the message:
"Your application to become a project developer has been lodged for review"

So I think a despot has to authorize me? That way will I be able to edit the 
geotools wiki again?
