Null Translator Error due to stale connection or network drop to ArcSDE

This fixes the stale connection to ArcSDE databases due to network issues/stale
connections/database swapping. When stale connection occurs, the null
translator is produced. I have enabled validating the connection pool each
time an object is borrowed and returned. This is done by simply asking for the
username from the connection pool. Attached patch for more details.
