Hmm... having just a nightly gives little confidence of having
geoserver trunk buildable, mostly because the two are modified in
parallel. To have other people be able and build Geoserver without
Geotools, we need the continuous build to deploy, which is quite
expensive.

Given the development model, we may be forced to tell people that
Geoserver and Geotools are one, and as such they need to download
and build both...
