We just need to grant them permission in Xircles (providing they have 
tied there confluence id and their xircles id together). The rest should 
be automatic - in confluence you will find the geotools-developers group 
and geoserver-developers group have the correct permissions to the above 
pages.

I hate the complexity - kills the fun of the wiki for me.
