Some of the relate results from the XML JUnit tests are incorrect. This means
there is probably an error in the way the relate operations are done for
certain types of geometries in the code.
I am currently going through this code side-by-side with the JTS code (since
that is what it is based on) and trying to determine where they differ.
Hopefully this debugging will help narrow down the problem.
