Deadline for submission of change request to OGC meeting to be held in Paris is
June 18. I have attached two PDF document there:

Namely:
* GeoAPI alignment with specs.pdf (306 kb)
* GeoAPI specifics.pdf (279 kb)
The first one should contains only changes aimed to bring GeoAPI in conformance
with latest ISO specification. The second one contains everything else.
They are drafts, but comments / completions are welcolme.
Note that I'm unlikely to include the changes to feature or some other package
due to time constraint - it would take a lot of time for me to fill a RFC for
packages I'm unfamiliar with. In an ideal world, it would be nice to have some
authors of the "feature" package at the OGC meeting so he can attend to the RFC
submission for the current proposal in order to see how it work or doesn't work,
and take the relay for the "feature" part for some next OGC meeting.
