{{AttributeBuilder}} may need to receive the {{AttributeDescriptor}} of the
{{Attribute}} to build, instead of the {{AttributeType}}.
The descriptor points to the type, but this way the returning {{Attribute}} can
have an {{AttributeDescriptor}}.
This is needed since the {{AttributeDescriptor}} holds the {{Name}} of the
{{Attribute}} instance, and in the new model the most common case is that the
attribute instance name is *NOT* the same than its *type name*
