FeatureTypes in community schemas are full of attributes with duplicate local
names but different namespaces.
Thus, at the time of evaluating a Filter, the evaluation *NEEDS* to be
namespace aware.
This means giving {{PropertyName}} enough context as to translate namespace
prefixes in filter's property names, as well as implementing a mechanism
(JXPath's NodePointer) to traverse a Feature structure in a namespace aware way
inside the filter evaluation.
