Most WKT expressions in the Oracle database are totally FUBAR, wrong syntax and
wrong semantics. Yet, the codes are good.
So, first try to access the EPSG directly using the code, and fall back to try
and interpret the WKT only on those where the first test fails.
Most of the time, when the code is not an EPSG one, the wkt is (incredibly)
properly written
