I think that:
* findPool should not be defined in this interface.
* dispose() should be renamed clear() in the particular
case of this interface.
* This interface should move to org.geotools.util
and renamed ObjectCache or Cache.
* Unless new methods are added, this interface doesn't
need to exists. This is a java.util.Map.
