CRSAuthorityFactory does the "authority" part - ie handling the codes 
defined for a specific authority like the "OGC" or "EPSG" ...
CRSAuthorityFactory has a "real" factory to do the work ...

ReferencingObjectFactory is the main implementation, but there are a few 
more. Grab a ReferencingObjectContainer - it has all the factories 
together in one spot to get the job done.
