I noticed that the following hints were introduced in Hints:
REFERENCING_CACHE_MAX
BUFFER_POLICY
BUFFER_LIMIT
but REFERENCING_CACHE_MAX seems redundant with BUFFER_LIMIT. Can we remove the
former? (it seems unused in the code you commited - BUFFER_LIMIT is used
instead).
