Date literal handling - JDBC assumes postgres and its forgiveness
-----------------------------------------------------------------

                 Key: GEOT-1370
                 URL: http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/GEOT-1370
             Project: GeoTools
          Issue Type: Bug
          Components: data jdbc
    Affects Versions: 2.4-M4
            Reporter: Rob Atkinson

Date literals need to be encoded properly. Current implementation simply wraps
with quotes, which is likely to only work with Postgres. It certainly doesnt
with Oracle.
