That sounds fine Martin; as stated earlier we have a round of documentation slated for next week which will help us communicate better on our side.
Incidentally doing the GeoAPI / GeoTools release really helped us last week - thank you. One problem (that I am sure everyone has) with GeoTools work is the amount of email and IRC time our development practices are taking up. Sharing work like the monthly release really shows a benefit to working on the project; we need to ensure that the proposal process is functioning as a way to cut down the cost of working together. On the other end of the scale MapServer gets by with basically a change proposal committed to svn. Personally I find break out IRC meetings on a specific topic to be the most constructive. > Just to be honest, I have to admit that I'm not very good at > communicating myself. In the particular case of this CRS work, my plan > is to wait for work completion before to start a round of (hopefully > minor) work myself, with email before to perform significant change > (if any). Right now I see some things that I would like to edit, but I > don't know which pieces of current code are temporary while the work > is in progress. So I'm better to just wait (except for some changes > that don't impact execution flow like javadoc). However I don't think > I will be able to do the work in the 2.4 time frame, which is why I > propose to target 2.5 for a release of "threaded epsg". Martin could you let us know when (and it does not need to be soon) you would like to review our referencing work. We will need to know at least a week in advance for planning, The time frame for GeoTools 2.4 and scheduling needs to be acceptable to everyone after all.
