Thanks for the suggestions Justin. I've tried all of that, but I'm still getting the same errors. Jody gave me one last thing to try, which is to delete the hsql database used in those tests and try a full build again. I deleted the files in C:\Documents and Settings\gdavis\Local Settings\Temp\Geotools\Databases\HSQL\ and gave it a whirl. This time it re-created the database for testing, but again it is still failing at the same spots.
I'm at a loss what to do now. If anyone has any more longshot ideas, please share! Graham.
