Yep - it exists. They are normal "functions" that happen to work on 
FeaureCollection - most of the functions we have work on individual 
Features.

The results of these functions is a Classifier, which can be used to 
figure out what category your feature falls into. These facilities are 
used by the style builder to generate out a thematic style based on your 
data.
