- Using 7-zip: the bin download contains a gt2-2.4-RC0 folder containing
all the jars *ever* in a flat file. These used to be organized into
folders, indeed the "unsupported" idea depends on the jars being in a
clear unsupported folder...
- jts-1.71.1.jar and jts-1.8.jar are both included
- some build jars are included (ant-optional-1.5.1.jar and junit-3.8.1.jar)
- the README is not workable on windows (wrong line feed to open with
notepad)
- the README is not good it has @VERSION@ and @DATE@ etc... we need to
either commit the file as is into repository and update it each time. Or
get subst to work.
- the jars do not work out of the box (all epsg-xxxx modules are present
and their design causes this to be an error at runtime)
- db2 is it ready? and apparently we can ship the drivers now ... I was
going to do this on trunk?
- relaxngDatatype-X.jar looks to be an odd dependency (can we at least
get a version?)
- db2jcc_dummy-8.2.1.jar is being shipped - I don't think we want to
ship with dummy jars they would just get in the way of the real thing on
the classpath (arcsde is not including its dummy jar in the release)
