Button labels and the like are a topic for UI. They are not covered by
InternationalString, since the labels are provided by the UI, not the
Feature.
But getDescription() and the like are know only by the Feature or
whatever database is backing it. There is no way I can see a UI could
internationalize it by itself. Could you explain how you think this
internationalization should be handled by the UI?
