The SLDStyleFactory returns null when trying to build a Style2D out of a text
symbolizer if the feature does not have the required geometry attribute, this
eventually leads to an NPE.
Given the legend building code uses a feature with a fixed geometry as the
sample used to build the legend itself, it's better to remove this check.
