This is the problem we discussed in Victoria about halo positions, and that's
better described in the associated GeoServer issue.
Now, rendering with the glyph vector outline solves the problem, but it looks
good only if the antialiasing is on, and besides
this, not everybody may like it.
So I introduced a new rendering hint, "textRenderingMethod", which may be
either "outline" or "string" (there are public constants for all of those
strings).
In GeoServer I enabled outline mode is antialias is on, and disable it if
antialias if off. Other users will decide what to do according to their needs.
