The original wfsv protocol foresee a "maxFeatures" element, but it's not
available in the implementation.
I'm starting to wonder if I would better have a DifferenceQuery instead of that
list of params... it's just that i dispise the current Query/DefaultQuery
situation and I'm not eager to replicate it.
