The last bunch of geoapi fm changes that lead to 2.1-M7 (the version used by
gt-2.4.x) left us without client properties at the attribute instance level. It
has it at AttributeType and AttributeDescriptor level though, but as both
AttributeType and AttributeDescriptors are immutable and shared through
Attribute instances, its not possible to set attribute level client properties.
They're used, for example, to set runtime attribute metadata like the
{{codeSpace}} attribute for {{gml:name}} properties.
