ScriptTest.testObliqueMercator is failing; but the exception is rather 
unhelpful:

The test method seems to be working against some tolerance; but it is 
not indicating that the expected values were supposed to be or what 
ordinate is failing. I would fix the message but is is one of the 
amazing ErrorKeys that seem to be compiled.

Martin did we ever write down how the geotools i18n support works? I 
cannot remember what to do here.
