Well... the geoserver xml bindings are pretty much the only bindings
that depend on that class on 2.4.x. Other then that its the bindings in
xml-wfs, and xml-ows on geotools trunk. I suggest we make the change
only on trunk. And I am not sure if these should fall under "core-xml",
as I think that refers to the previous version of the parser. I am fine
with putting them there but it may get confusing. Should we break out
another jira component for "xsd xml"? Not sure...
