The API changes on GeoTools side is supposed to be completed on both trunk and
2.4 branch (unless I missed some part).

The only API thing remaining is convenience methods in the GeoTools class. I
forgot that part when I closed the task. Feel free to reopen it if you wish.

But this is true that the doc need to be updated, I forgot that part too...

Juste edited "Deprecate CommonLogger" as done. The only part left (in addition
of GeoTools class) is update the developers guide.
