Nope; although what you find in Geotools here is better - ie it lines up exactly with the public SLD 1.0 specification. You will find that GeoAPI screwed up and tried tracking an internal specification that was never released.
At some points a volunteer; perhaps you; needs to update the GeoAPI interfaces to match what we have in GeoTools. Also with the change to expression allowing it to work on Object we can finally collapse two of the GeoAPI style interfaces down into one (they have the same ideas for both Feature and Graphic - since we can now use Object we only need these ideas captured once).
