So using the right command "mvn deploy maven.test.skip=true" sure helps;
however we still have a few glitches.

Here is a sample error message from run number 1:
> Uploading:
> HOT.jar
> [INFO]
> ------------------------------------------------------------------------
> [ERROR] BUILD ERROR
> [INFO]
> ------------------------------------------------------------------------
> [INFO] Error deploying artifact: PUT request for:
> org/geotools/maven/gt2-jjtree-javacc/2.5-SNAPSHOT/gt2-jjtree-javacc-2.
> 5-SNAPSHOT.jar.md5 to maven-artifact27095.tmp failed

And from run number 2:
> Uploading:
> [INFO]
> ------------------------------------------------------------------------
> [ERROR] BUILD ERROR
> [INFO]
> ------------------------------------------------------------------------
> [INFO] Error deploying artifact: Failed to create destination WebDAV
> collection (directory): /m2/org/geotools/gt2-db2/2.
> 5-SNAPSHOT
> No route to host: connect
Is this the kind of problems people in Europe are seeing?
