In a default Java logging configuration, everything below the INFO level are not
logged to the console. I believe that the FINE level is appropriate for SQL log
messages and I would suggest to keep this level as-is.
If so many messages are logged, then either the logging level is something
higher than FINE, or either some code in this test suite change programmatically
the logging level. It may be worth to perform a search on some keyword like
"setLevel".
