Hmmm... seems its always my modules that misbehave :). Currently the mysql tests try to obtain a connection to the db, and if unsuccessful skip those tests. Apparently this scheme is not effective enough.
It is not hitting a mysql db on the net. Is it possible you have a mysql instance running on your machine. I do not and i get a 12s build time: [INFO] H2 DataStore .......................................... SUCCESS [12.449s] Or perhaps the connection to the db is not setting the timeout explicitly and its defaulting to something greater on your system. Regardless... perhaps i should convert them to fully online tests so that they dont run unless you explicitly ask for it.
