hello, I would like to introduce a new developer for geotools.
Theuns Heydenrych from South Africa He work for SAAB (Saab Systems South Africa (Northern Office) ) http://www.cybersim.co.za/ He and his company where looking for a solution to replace there old GIS tools in delphi. They found most of what they are searching for in GeoTools and AlterSIG projects and decided to join.
