Hi, Mathieu Coudert is a Camp2Camp developer that has expressed an interest in becoming the mantainer of the MIF datastore module (currently unmantained).
He has provided a patch for a bug he found, along with a unit test, I reviewed and committed it(http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/GEOT-1709). So here is my +1 for giving him commit access. Mathieu, you'll have to mail "admin at refractions.net" in order to get your actual username and password for the svn repo.
