Just an update here; the work is a bug fix (their is 3D support in our
GML generation; but it carefully ignores the real data for Z and only
uses a dummy value). I am going to test this work today - and if I make
the 1.6.1 release train that will be fine (if not the customer is able
to build from source; and we will get a lot more testing). Andrea is
scheduled for review (thanks!).

Back to hacking for me,
Jody
