Don't read me wrong, I was not asking for any more work on your part;
you have all already raised the bar on proposal page quality. I am
merely asking for a quick, one liner indicating the status of the
proposal to help those landing on the page today.

The only reason I could imagine developers may want to keep updating a
proposal page would be:
        1) they are still unsure of their redesign and want further
        review or,
        2) they want to keep editing the page for it to become a module
        description / user documentation some day.
So, as I tried to say earlier, I can well understand that your (or any)
proposal page be abandoned after it has served its purpose. However, to
not confuse third parties, we should indicate the status of proposals at
the top of their pages.

Indeed, it seems we should do this for all proposals. Jody, if I corner
you waiting on a maven build, maybe we can add this to the proposal page
template?
