That is because jody changed
if (Version.v1_0_0 == version) {
by
if (true || Version.v1_0_0 == version) {
in WFSDataStoreFactory but didn't run the tests, so trying to parse a 1.1.0
capabilities as if it were a 1.0.0 one fails.
Jody, for your udig wfs test to keep working would it be enough to add
VERSION=1.0.0 (and even sane) to the getcaps request?
