The Geotools root pom.xml inherits from the maven pom (see
http://repo1.maven.org/maven2/org/apache/maven/maven/2.0.9/maven-2.0.9.pom).
Several plugins define in the root pom.xml of Geotools can be removed, since
they already are defined in maven 2.0.9.
In attachment, there is the new pom.xml with commented plugins already defined
in maven 2.0.9.
