WFS Datastore submits a default value on insert for null attributes which are
nillable
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

                 Key: GEOT-1806
                 URL: http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/GEOT-1806
             Project: GeoTools
          Issue Type: Bug
          Components: data wfs
    Affects Versions: 2.4.2
            Reporter: Jean-Pierre Fiset

When connecting to a WFS data source and attempting to create a new feature,
geotools submits a default value even the new feature has NULL for the
associated attribute and that the feature type reports that the attribute is is
nillable.

The expected behaviour is that the attribute left NULL should be omitted from
the WFS-T insert transaction.

Step-by-step instructions to reproduce the problem to follow.
