Build failure: update taglet to new svn repo

Build is broken on 2.4.x and (anecdotally) on trunk by taglet not updated to
new svn repo. Attached patch
(1) updates regular expression in Source to match new svn repo location, and
(2) updates unit tests to match.

build/maven/javadoc/src/main/java/org/geotools/maven/taglet/Source.java
build/maven/javadoc/src/test/java/org/geotools/maven/taglet/SourceTest.java
This patch is for 2.4.x but similar should fix the problem on trunk.
