The following aliases have been added to {{LambertAzimuthalEqualArea.Provider}}
on trunk as of revision 30395 as a quick hack for supporting {{EPSG:3408}}:
* "Spherical latitude of origin" to {{LATITUDE_OF_CENTRE}}
* "Spherical longitude of origin" to {{LONGITUDE_OF_CENTRE}}
* "Lambert Azimuthal Equal Area (Spherical)" to {{PARAMETERS}}
They should appears in a separated {{Provider}}, especially the last one which
is wrongly given to {{EPSG:9820}} operation method while it should be given to
{{EPSG:9821}}.
