Hey all, If you svn up, you'll suffer patches to all of your metadata and referencing files. Both modules/library/metadata and modules/library/referencing should be clean as of revision 30521. There are only three outstanding issues as documented in the review.txt files.
For those who are interested, Cedric's script has been committed under build/scm/cleanup. The script doesn't yet add missing headers. Also we'll need a second script to verify that all the headers are exactly the same through the first 13 lines (they can differ after that). The rest of main is ready to go. We'll wait for you all to digest this first wave before attacking the rest. For the extensions, plugins, unsupported modules and stuff in build and demo, you maintainers will be on your own to fix things. NOTE OF HEADER CHANGE: Note the header file used now has an extra line above the copyright line for legibility. Those of you who automatically add your headers, please update.
