Ok,
I have finally cleaned the SVN by reverting any single change of the
imagemosaicJDBC module to allow easier future SVN manual cleaning.
At this point, I guess Christian can commit its new module without (for the
moment) any test data.
As we have discussed some days ago, imagemosaic-jdbc could be a good name
for this (all lowercase, using the dash sign "-").
If everything is ok, I guess Christian could start to committ the new
module.
It's ok? Let us know.

PS: Adrian, I have committed my messages using all lowercase
"imagemosaicjdbc" to evidence the difference with respect to the new
incoming version containing the "-" sign.
