I didn't yet had the time to look to the transform builder. Actually I didn't
had the time to look at Refraction's work from last year neither, so I'm really
more than one year late on the referencing module :(. But if I'm understanding
right, the new AdvancedAffineBuilder class is not the only piece missing on
GeoTools trunk, the other classes from "spike/jar" are missing too?
