Fixed, thanks for spotting that. Its look like that test compilation are
completly skipped in epsg-oracle module?
Now that we are on JUnit 4, a better approach (if we have time to make the
change) would be to assume the new JUnit "assume" features. It could replace
completly our pattern made of "OnlineTest" and the like.
