When encoding a WFS response for gsml:Borehole, sa:shape is empty. Debugging
indicates that during encoding (GeoServer ISOCurvePropertyTypeBinding),
GroupingFeatureIterator3 is not providing a value for this element, despite it
being set in AbstractMappingFeatureIterator.setSingleValuedAttribute(). This
suggests that something is broken in GroupingFeatureIterator3.
