The SLDParser does not correctly parse RasterSymbolizers from SLD style
document. The SLDTransformer does not write valid SLD for RasterSymbolizers.
See attached patch for added test cases and fixes.
The fixes include:
* SLDParser not correctly parsing Rules when Logging is used
* SLDTransformer incorrectly writing Expressions when SLD Specifications
(1.0.0) do not support Expressions
* SLDTransformer writing incorrect namespace for Geometry element
