Break unsupported modules down into profiles

Update the unsupported/pom.xml to group content into profiles; each profile is
activated either by:
- using the usual maner (ie -PprofileName); or
- using -Dall
The use of the -Dall is to allow the build boxes to build everything that we
intended to deploy.
In addition to allowing people to work a bit faster; these settings will enable
the PMC to ship *only* those plugins that actually meet our requirements in the
developers guide.
Right now we have been shipping everything - simply because this pom.xml file
has not been updated.
